Vodka Sauce

ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp of parsley, oregano, and basil salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of vodka
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil

steps

  1. Cover the bottom of the pot with olive oil
  2. Stir fry 3 cloves of minced garlic
  3. Add spices
  4. Add Vodka and cream and let it come to a boil
  5. Add can of crushed tomatoes and bring to boil for 15 minutes
  6. Before 15 minutes is up add ~1/2 cup of parmesan

  • Makes enough for 3lbs of pasta
