
Vodka Sauce
ingredients
- 1/8 tsp of parsley, oregano, and basil salt/pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of vodka
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
steps
- Cover the bottom of the pot with olive oil
- Stir fry 3 cloves of minced garlic
- Add spices
- Add Vodka and cream and let it come to a boil
- Add can of crushed tomatoes and bring to boil for 15 minutes
- Before 15 minutes is up add ~1/2 cup of parmesan

- Makes enough for 3lbs of pasta
